New car experience I bought a new 2016 jeep Cherokee and after 2 weeks of driving it; a piston went and destroyed the engine. Although Chrysler put a new engine in the vehicle, I was uncomfortable with this vehicle and told Chrysler about my concerns. Even though Chrysler was not willing to help me out, the sales staff at D'Ambrosio Dodge worked very hard to rectify the situation. Our salesman Ken, and the rest of the staff went to great lengths to resolve the situation and let us know that they valued our business and the relationship that we have had with them for the past 15 years. Such a great buying experience My husband and I decided we wanted to trade our 2009 in for an all wheel drive vehicle, upon doing some research on a used car that could work for us, My husband and I decided we wanted to trade our 2009 in for an all wheel drive vehicle, upon doing some research on a used car that could work for us, we found D'ambrosio. We love about 20-25 mins from the dealership, but the drive was so worth it! We were greeted and treated like family the whole time we were there, and even when we weren't, as there were several phone calls and figuring out a vehicle we could afford. We were able to get into a 2014 all wheel drive Kia, that far exceeded our expectations! This dealership did all they could to give us the monthly payment we wanted, with a reliable vehicle, and even more toys in it then we even imagined! Everyone from sales to the manager was so nice, patient, and willing to help. After a week and a few other test drives at other dealers, we came back and started serious discussion about the used car- a BMW which was a one owner local trade. We came to an agreement on price, left a deposit, and picked up the car two days later. It was beautifully detailed (properly) and looks great. We were treated 100% like a valued customer even though we bought a used car and the only surprises were good ones. From the owner on down they are good people! More
