A refreshing car buying experience. Definitely worth your time and if you’re buying a Vw check here. We purchased a 19 Atlas from Timmy Pullo after searching for along time. We dealt with many other VW dealers - Minuteman was easily the best to deal with. Timmy and his staff treated us as if we were friends. I’ve been pretty underwhelmed by VW dealers over the last 2 years, both in our hunt for an Atlas and for our previous vehicle. We’ve liked the vehicles, not the dealers. Many have used deceitful tactics to try to sell cars- like bait and switch or price changing tactics, often at the expense of me having to drive several hours. Minuteman was straightforward and fair. First they steered us to the right vehicle for us. Timmy knew that we wanted a 19 Atlas with a sunroof. He was quick to tell us that they had several dealer demos that would be a substantially better deal on. He was right, and he gave us a great deal on the car. He wasn’t trying to up sell us into something else. Timmy went out his way for us on several occasions. Firstly, due to COVID, my wife and I wanted to see the car without anyone around. Timmy drove to the showroom when they were closed and on his day off so that he could pull the vehicle out of the garage so that we could see it without any other people around. Secondly, the vehicle was advertised with a roof rack and monster mats. When we went to see the vehicle they weren’t in it. Timmy went out of his way to ensure that we knew that they would take care of us by making sure that the equipment was in the car. We felt as if keeping their word was very important to this dealership. Finally, the appraisal of our car over the phone was exactly what he gave us for a trade in value. As simple as it sounds, a car dealer that keeps his word every time is more rare than one would hope. Minuteman was trustworthy and fair. More

Great Service on Short Notice We are from Maine and were driving home when we got a message that there was a fuel system malfunction. The tank indicated empty and we had 0 miles. I called my dealer in Maine but they were clueless so I drove to Minuteman which was 3 miles away. I walked in for the first time ever, told a service guy what happened and that we were about 2.5 hours from home. They were amazing, and started to work on it immediately. Lucky the actual issue wasn't as big a deal as the warning light seemed to imply and it was. The service department understood I needed help and jumped right on it even though I wasn't a customer. They returned the car washed and vacuumed. I am so impressed by the level of service and the care and consideration. More

The staff at Minuteman care about their customers and want to get the details right. Just purchased one of their 2018 courtesy vehicles. Noticed a couple minor cosmetic blemishes that Derek (head of service) completely addressed. Keep in mind this was a used vehicle, but they wanted to provide in top condition. Looked brand new when we picked it up. Regarding Sales, Tim Bishop is your man. Knows his vehicles, gives you all the time and attention necessary. No pressure, just old fashioned small town customer service. More
