I have dealt with Steve Brimhall and Employees for many years , During this purchase I was helped by a Great Young Salesman named Kale Bakken who did an Excellent job from start to finish. Was very knowledgeable from start to finish about all the details of the sale and all the features of the Equinox It was a new vehicle for My Wife and She had nothing but good to say about Kale and how he explained eveything. Vehicle not as advertised I drove my potential trade to Fergus Falls to see this truck, since I had had a hard time finding just the right one, and this one appeared to be clo I drove my potential trade to Fergus Falls to see this truck, since I had had a hard time finding just the right one, and this one appeared to be close. The autotrader ad promised keyless entry, full size spare, bucket seats, running board, and front floor mats. A test drive showed that it had been smoked in, which is a problem for me. I also found that the spare was MISSING! A chevy dealer, they had no answer for this. I ended up providing my own spare, tools, and floormats from my trade. Half way home, I noticed that I had no keyless entry fob. They did send me one that I had to program myself and provide a battery for when I pointed out this oversight. One should be able to trust that the ad is accurate and that the truck is as presented in the ad. More
recall,2004 impala i took my impala in for possible front valve cover leakage,i was not told that the super charger cover was to be removed and thrown away,the dealer di i took my impala in for possible front valve cover leakage,i was not told that the super charger cover was to be removed and thrown away,the dealer did not let me know,i get home,open the hood,no cover on the top of the engine,i guess this was too much effort to let the customer know,instead i have to call the dealer and find out what happened to my top engine cover,i will not use this dealer for gm repairs anymore,also i waited in the customer area,not one person said hello,i also did not see any customers come through the south door,sales people walked by me many times,they must be important,again not even a hello.
