I had-had my heart set on getting a Fiat based on some of my friend's recommendation, but figured it worth at least checking out Mini Coopers before making an investment. Boy, was that a good decision. My salesman's name was Spiro and he was a gem. He was very easy to speak to and even when I told him I was just there to casually browse - his top notch service never wavered. Long story short - I was so blown away by my experience at Prestige Mini and the customer service I received that I became very interested in further exploring the world of Mini Cooper. Spiro took me on a couple test drives with different models and I fell in LOVE with the Clubman. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Mini Clubman S 4WD. Let me say the entire process was amazing. I was always intimidated by the car buying process, but Lance the finance manager, Mike the Sales Manager, and Mark from Service were all equal to the high bar that Spiro set initially by being equally enthusiastic and professional in all of our interactions. I can not recommend this dealership more. I love my car and the process in which I obtained it. 5 out 5 stars! More
