We came across Mini of Dutchess County's offer over the internet and although it was quite a far drive for us, we have decided to give them a chance. And we are so happy we did! From the first email/phone call everything went so smooth! The car was exactly as described, the paperwork was doable over the internet so the actual visit to the dealership was a breeze! I Came, and I conquered due to excellent proffessionalism It was a bit rocky at first because i came to the dealership last week with the hopes of getting a specific color MINI Countryman S ALL4 as a surprise It was a bit rocky at first because i came to the dealership last week with the hopes of getting a specific color MINI Countryman S ALL4 as a surprise gift to my fiance, but when i arrived, i saw plates being put on the car i came to work on a deal purchasing. Perry met with me and explained the problem and how lack of communication down the line was the primary factor as to why i didn't find out the car was sold prior to me getting there. I told him I understand dealerships have a job and that is to sell cars and its not like i had a deposit down on the car, so where do we go from here? He then showed me some other options out in the inventory lot outside. He was a very well spoken, nice guy and he knew what he was talking about when it came to these cars. If any topic about the car came up, he was right on it with well-detailed examples and explanations to that part of the vehicle. We went on a test drive and during the test drive he explained the functions for different desired driving styles and we also joked about various other things. I almost forgot it was a test drive to be honest and nearly missed my turn back to the dealership. Anyway i loved the car and i knew it'd be great for my lady, so we went through with the paperwork process and my fiance was nearly in tears when we got the car a couple days later. It wasn't exactly what i came for, but i feel like i ended up with a better deal and i have a happier woman now due to all the help Perry was, so thank you Perry. Five Stars to you. More

Very professional .. I live in Colorado and I purchased my BMW X5 from a dealership in NY. Some people may question why. The answer is because I got the best deal, the very best price I could find for what I was looking for in the country. I'm not kidding when I tell you that I looked for this vehicle for close to 5 months. Obviously along the way I found a few that met my criteria. But when I called and started asking questions about the vehicle, options, packages,etc.. they were utterly clueless. Not to mention some of them were a little rude, like they didn't have the time to answer a few simple questions. From the moment I called Mini of Duchess everyone I talked to was polite and courteous and just as importantly, knowledgeable. I dealt with Spiro mostly and Lance as well and they made it as painless as possible. There's a lot of paperwork and things to put in order and they were extremely patient with us. Never feeling rushed or pressured at all. It was breath of fresh air to do business with Mini of Duchess. Every question I had and I had a lot when I was close to pulling the trigger, was answered. Every single thing Spiro said he would do, he did. I'm going to be honest I had a little trepidation about buying a car across the country. Not being able to see it in person because it was being shipped was a little limiting. I received over 50 meticulous and detailed photos reassuring me that this was the car I want. Bottom line I've probably called close to 200 dealerships(no joke) in my search and I went with Mini of Duchess. Couldn't have been happier with everyone there, especially Spiro.
