I felt taken care of from the start and I really got that Thomas had my best interests at heart. There was never any pressure for anything. Thomas and the team went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted -- and I did. I would recommend Mini of Camarillo without hesitation. More

The service manager didn't bother to tell me until I was there that there was nothing they could do about a extremely noisy engine ( it was still under warrantee). The bulb fix lasted less than 50 miles, went back the next days and was told I would have to wait 3 hours for service even though I had more than 300 miles to travel. I told them just replace both suspect bulbs and I would take it from there but they said that Mini wouldn't allow them to replace a bulb even under warrantee. So instead they want to spend 3 man-hours to determine which of the two bulbs was bad. I guess they get paid for the time they spend and the customer inconvenience doesn't matter. More
Saved us on vacation with WORLD class service My wife and I are diehard mini owners, but we are also particular about the service we get anywhere, so Mini doesn't get a "pass" just because we love My wife and I are diehard mini owners, but we are also particular about the service we get anywhere, so Mini doesn't get a "pass" just because we love our car. We are on vacation 8 hours from home and we managed to damage our car key to the point that it would not work to start the car. Travis at the nearest dealership jumped into action and went way beyond the call of duty to help us out. He personally kept an eye on the delivery of our car (had to be towed in to get the new key programmed) and then sent a driver 20 minutes away to pick me up the next day so I didn't have to use Uber or a cab. His demenor on the phone was just amazing. I was freaking out at the prospect of being stuck in SoCal an extra day, when we have obligations and no pet sitter back home beyond our planned stay. Kudos for caring about a client! On top of all this, I actually gave $0 to this dealership. Towing was covered and due to the tight time line I had to buy a key from a third party key maker who offers 24 hour turn around, the dealership needed 48-72 to replace the key. So all of this amazing service, and no money exchanged hands. That goes to show something about not only Travis, but the leadership that allows him to make these types of discussions! Awesome!! More

I went in for a power steering pump recall and said do an oil change at the same time. They said it would take three hours but it was covered by warranty. So at the end of the day, they came back and surprise, they found a power steering return hose leaking. they only billed 25% of the labor to changing out the power steering pump, cooling fan (which was part of the recall), and Oil and filter change. They charged me the remaining 75% of the labor to change out one hose that was "leaking" that was already have disconnected to do the recall. Oh yes and it still only took 3 hours. What a rip off. Steer clear!!!! I would have been better off with out the power steering! More
