Stay Away!! That is the best advice I can give. I have dealt with many dealer managers over the years and this one by far is the worst ever. His name is Robert Law. What made this so bad is that I was simply coming in to sign paper work that had been all taken care and driven 4 hours to sign the deal. Then I was completely dismissed and told we would not be signing today. Said he wanted to go home and that if I wanted to buy a car that I would have to come back Monday. I could understand if I was just getting there late uninvited but just 30 minutes before I had spoken with the salesperson who said everything was ready and to come on. So the best I can see is they do not want your business and there are plenty other dealerships that do. I found one as soon as I left there and closed the deal within an hour. More
Toyota service has always been excellent for me. Whenever there is a problem they take care of it without charging me. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They noticed the new blade was broken also, so they installed new wiper blades that were more expensive and did not charge me. That is great service! More

poor follow up, sold a truck that had to have new brakes , front axle seal, oil change, and tires balanced. other than that no problem. Watch out! Specially if you're an unsuspected female or a senior citizen like myself. I've test driven and agreed to buy a 2012 Toyota 4 Runner with a navigation system but received a car that I thought w senior citizen like myself. I've test driven and agreed to buy a 2012 Toyota 4 Runner with a navigation system but received a car that I thought was exactly the same car minus that navigation. When I complained, they said: too bad, you?ve already signed the paperwork for the this car. Complaining to the store manager was a waste of time, he rudely turned his back and walked away! That?s not all! When I went to the tag office I discovered that it was in fact a 2011 model, not 2012! I was shocked! I hurried back with the car to the dealership and they agreed to replace it by the correct 2012 model. The problem is my down payment of 10K was lost in the process. They've refused to apply that towards the purchase of the correct car. No refund was offered till now! Still no navigation system! Terrible experience. Stir clear from this place. CON ARTISTS. More
I'm very pleased with the shopping experience that we had at Milton Ruben Toyota. We started looking or a RAV4 last week and Mitlon Ruben was one of the few dealers we've emailed. The prices were already gen at Milton Ruben Toyota. We started looking or a RAV4 last week and Mitlon Ruben was one of the few dealers we've emailed. The prices were already generous but we wanted to get the best deal possible. After few short emails we agreed on the price which was really rock bottom and at least $100+ cheaper than any other offer out there, ran an app, got the APR and payments and ready to go to the dealership next day. We dealt with Tey (saleswoman) and Linda (Finance Manager) and they were both excellent. We arrived at the dealership and there was one problem which the Vehicle we wanted was sold last night..No worries as they had another one with same MSRP and also one more we looked at which actually had more options for about $1000 more. We drove the car and actually liked the extra options (Better fabric, sunroof, fog lamps, tinted front windows)so we spent the extra money. There was no pressure at anytime from either sales or finance and we walked out of there with not only the price we wanted but also lower payment since we did not want the GAP insurance..It's totally worth it if you are upside down on the car or even financing 120% LTV but with us getting the car about at already a great price and putting 2K down we already had a car that although lost value of he lot...is practically a wash if totalled in case it happens. Anyway..lastly they only had a valet key as this was dealer trade and they said keys were misplaced and had to either find them or cut new ones..also there was a chip on the bumper that needed to be touched up and we were going to get his done this week. On Tuesday I got a call that we can bring the car they will send it off to get he bumper painted and keys cut..they put us in the 2012 RAV4 rental for 24 hours...Car came back and bumper looks new and keys are cut...overall a great experience, no hassle, everything was done as promised quickly and without any hiccups, and oh yeah the car looks great! One thing about 2012 RAV4 is that the inside might be little outdated and it looks like maybe it has not been really revamped since 2008-2009..however the safety features, reliability of Toyota, Toyota Care (2 year maintenance free service) and Milton Ruben price made this an easy choice. I will definitely buy a car from Milton Ruben next time around and will consider them first choice currently for any New Car they sell. More
