We talked to no less than 6 sales people, always with the same result. They could not correctly answer the questions I asked. Larry not only answered ALL our questions but actually taught me things about the Prius. However answering all the question does not make a salesperson, Larry was very polite, friendly, and attentive to my wife and I.
