I detest new car buying and yet was in need of a newer car. I'm 75 so this is probably my last car and I had decided on a Prius. My review efforts in Savannah had been unpleasant and invasive. I contacted the site, had a response from Patricia and she heard what I wanted at first, simply information for me to consider prior to making a purchase. From the very first word Patricia has been a joy to work with. Jeff, the e sales manager, came on scene a bit later and is also a joy. I purchased my Prius on line prior to ever seeing it and couldn't be happier. I LOVE MY PRIUS!!! And, I love the intelligence and integrity shown by all at Ruben's. I'm constantly running my mouth in a vocal commercial about Ruben's and suggest Patricia be the guide during a next purchase.
