Finding the right car I arrived at Milton Ruben with no idea on what type of car I was looking for. I ran across Russ Marshall at the Toyota area of the Milton Ruben supers I arrived at Milton Ruben with no idea on what type of car I was looking for. I ran across Russ Marshall at the Toyota area of the Milton Ruben superstore and he asked if I needed help. I informed him that I was looking for a pre owned vehicle so he took me right over to that area. He asked me why type of things I was looking for and I let him know. After about 5 mins of walking the lot looking at cars I set eyes on a 2013 Honda Accord Sport with only 43k miles. Russ explained all of the features to me and asked me if I would like to take it on a test drive. I took it for a test drive and fell in love. From there it was history. We went in and did the application process. While having to wait due to a personal reason Russ informed me that it was complementary grilled food at the back. I went to the back and grabbed a tasty grilled hot dog, chips and a cold drink. I headed back to meet with Russ and we made the deal. Before heading out Russ took the car back to be cleaned up a little more. My overall visit at Milton Ruben was great and I will indeed recommend my friend. More

The reason for the "4" rating was the amount of time spent "working out the details" though "uptempo" service is advertised (I'd like to emphasize this was in no way the direct fault of anything Barry did or didn't do). Also, though the dealership advertises that they avoid "traditional" car selling methods and hassles, this is exactly what happened. The payment changed multiple times and I think it's bad business to shake hands with someone on a deal and then come back and change the deal significantly. This hurts the reputation of your salesmen and makes their job incredibly difficult. Also, we were told the car "to their knowledge" had 9 miles on it when it actually had 79. This was just another small example of little annoyances that gave the appearance of dishonesty and reminded me of why I have spent years avoiding car loans. Barry was amazing, helpful, and patient throughout the process and, individually, I'd give his customer service 5 stars. More
