He explained the features that come standard and that were optional. He wasn't pushy which I appreciate. William Belo in finance was great as well. He had to fill out another contract for us because we decided at the last minute to upgrade our warranty for a longer period and he didn't act like it inconvenienced him one bit. New Vehicle Purchase 2016 Toyota 4Runner I am currently deployed overseas and my wife needed a new car. Utilizing USAA's Car Buying Service and Milton Ruben being noted as having what we were I am currently deployed overseas and my wife needed a new car. Utilizing USAA's Car Buying Service and Milton Ruben being noted as having what we were looking for in stock we proceeded with the purchase. Milton Ruben reached out quickly provided us with an amazing deal on the new 4Runner. Paul Ward (Salesman) communicated expertly through email discussing the various details. We traded emails for two days and my wife was finally able to go in to test drive the vehicle. she fell in love with the 4Runner immediately and we purchased the vehicle. In total she was at the dealer for less than two hours, 30 minutes of which was them detailing it for delivery, everything else from test drive, to appraisal of our vehicle (which was the easiest appraisal and most fair we have received in multiple car purchases), to finance was completed in about an hour and a half. Service is beyond compare. They went above and beyond to cater to our unique situation and value military personnel.
