Would not recommend working with these people from service to sales, terrible experience. They are money hungry vultures that have no regard for the people they are working with. Literally the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in my entire life. I work in a customer service oriented industry myself and I have more compassion and sense to make sure my customers are fully aware and taken care of even if that means additional work to include making a simple phone call or a verbal check when in person. Phone calls aren’t even something they know how to answer because again they don’t actually care about the customer so it makes sense that they wouldn’t bother to give someone a call. An 88% recommendation rate seems like an exaggerated lie to me because there’s no way people can think the people that work here are actually helpful. Thorsten Naperkowski had little to no regard for anything I had to say and instead continued to try to downplay. He barely was able to find the information related to my vehicle yet he’s a manager. Don’t waste your time with this dealer. They don’t care. I have been to the store three times trying to file a corrosion warranty claim. Mine ran out on August 29. I was told the warranty only runs 3 years- Lie I was told the warranty only applies to the frame- Lie I was told the warranty only run 36k miles- Lie The list goes on. Mike McNutt, the service manager from my understanding wouldn’t return emails or calls to the infamous Jeep “cares” for weeks. So now that I’m out of warranty even though this dealer is the cause since they won’t return emails and calls I’m being told that I have to pay a co pay (1st-$1900,2nd attempt-$500, now 3rd attempt-$900) for $5,000 worth of work… Please someone enlighten me how I should be forced to pay for a *WARRANTY* claim, when a class action lawsuit already got the warranty window extended to five years and I have the national TSB CLEARLY stating I have the issue that’s fully covered. I even offered to pay $250 just to get this bull crap over with. Yet they still deny me. It’s ironic that I just won “best paint job” in the Jeep show at Augusta duck dash car show…which is voted on by Milton Ruben employees. More
