I just completed a 43 day service nightmare at Milton Reuben Ram. My 2014 Dodge Ram was towed in on Sep.17th for oil pressure failure. It had previously been in the shop for low oil pressure and a switc Reuben Ram. My 2014 Dodge Ram was towed in on Sep.17th for oil pressure failure. It had previously been in the shop for low oil pressure and a switch was replaced. Never fixed the problem. This time they decided to do a teardown. Not sure how far they got with that before they decided they were going to replace the engine. (5.7L) There are four types of replacement engines. From worst to best, they are used engine, rebuilt engine, remanufactured engine and crate engine. They elected to go with the USED engine due to cost. I had purchased a no-deductable, 3-year extended warranty from my credit union to cover repairs and rental. As this was my only vehicle I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise. All the warranty would pay for is $200 for the rental and they felt real bad about how long it took the dealership to do this repair so they doubled it to $400. Nice. In spite of me asking the service advisor to hook me up with a loaner or a rental at their much cheaper rate than Enterprise, that request was ignored. During the 43 days, there were many, many days where nothing happened at all, dead time, as the communication between the dealership and the warranty company was terrible. I asked the dealer if they could help with the rental cost because of the ridiculous amount of time the vehicle was in the shop. To this day I have had no satisfaction getting help. The rental bill was over $2,000. I received $400 from the warranty company with no problem. Just be prepared to leave your vehicle there for who knows how long for certain repairs. I give it 2 stars because at least the replacement engine seems to be working fine but I've taken a 93 point hit on my credit because of needing to put a rental car on a credit card. I let the dealership know I was not happy when they sent me an initial service satisfaction survey. Last note: I don't know where they parked my truck outside during all the dead time but it came back with the upper surfaces paint on the hood and the roof coated with some kind of rough substance. My paint was glass smooth but no longer.😡 More
The WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. All they keep saying is sorry, we are only the middle man (dealing with MOPARR warranty). They have had my vehicle since 7 July 2021 and I still have no resolution to date. And, I have just found out MOPAR issued the dealership a check in my name (they are buying me out of my warranty). The dealership has had the check since the beginning of October and has not contacted, so not only do they have my car, but they are sitting on my money!!! I have dealt with many other dealerships in other states and when it came to dealing with my MOPAR warranty ALL the other dealerships told it was their job to deal with MOPAR, so I didn't have to. Milton Ruben just keeps saying "we are only the middle man". And when I ask to speak with a manager or number of someone that can help me. I am told to call customer care. I guess I'm not allowed to speak with manager. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Customer service is NONEXISTENT!!!!!! And they expect me to pay the $500 tear down fee for my engine. NO!! they should be paying me, but that's right they can't even do that because they are holding onto my money from MOPAR. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Made an appointment to have my car serviced. I needed a basic diagnostic on my vehicle's wiring performed. I waited FIVE days to get my vehicle back. Every time I called for an update I was bounced around until I finally got a hold of the tech who checked me in. He told me that my car was just being looked at on the morning of the fifth day, and he asked me again what my issue was because the notes he took were not clear as to what needed to be done. I am infuriated by the service there and cannot image how long it would take if I needed a repair. Don't send your car there if you need it back within a reasonable time and/or want good customer service. More

I have never been so dissatisfied with a company in my life. First time I took my Jeep there, they told me they couldn’t do anything for it because the problem wasn’t happening exactly at the moment it wa life. First time I took my Jeep there, they told me they couldn’t do anything for it because the problem wasn’t happening exactly at the moment it was in their shop. How am I supposed to know when it’s going to mess up? I can’t see the future. And I made it clear the engine light would come on for a couple hours then off. Second time it was there, was in their 3 days and all they did was change the battery. Doesn’t take that long and it was obvious the problem was not the battery. It started messing up the day after I got it out. I told Travis to call me before doing anything to my car, did he? NO! He wouldn’t communicate with me, never answered phone calls, would forward my calls because he had my number, I left numerous voicemails, no return! All he did was text me and say they still were looking into the problem, and would let me know. He never let me know what was going on. No one was looking at my car when it sat there because when I finally got someone on the phone a week after I picked up my Jeep, I asked Blake what they were going to do to fix it and what could be there problem. He then told me well we are going to have to look at it and see. What have y’all been doing the 3 days it was there?! And back when I brought it in October?! Travis texted me and said they had been looking at it! I called another dealership and they knew the problem right away. I would rather pay to have my Jeep towed across the country than bring it back to Milton Ruben! As a business owner myself, if this was happening and my staff acted like this, I would be absolutely ashamed and embarrassed! From the reviews over the past years, it’s clear they don’t care at all about fixing their problems. More
to all my military service member and veterance all branch,please my name is Sonny Adams,i have purchased to vehicle from milton Ruben superstore in the last 5 years for a total price of around 57,000 branch,please my name is Sonny Adams,i have purchased to vehicle from milton Ruben superstore in the last 5 years for a total price of around 57,000 dollar,The general manager Ronnie Sterling will not return my calls,salesman Warren Jackson and service manager Colby prior,have only giving me the run around,they just completely showed me that its only about the company getting the customer money and then forget them,the last vehicle that i got from them last year is a toyota tundra 4x4 limited 5.7 motor,this size motor requires a battery that has at least 710 cold cranking amps,but the battery in my vehicle only has 600 cold cranking amps,im having to get my vehicle jump off when im at the store or anywhere that i go,i have been told by a certified mechanic that a under size battery will hurt other parts of your car or tuck,Fellow soldiers i dont want nothing else from milton Ruben not even a battery,but I do want something from u all,please take your business somewhere else,because they are not the once to purchased a car or truck from,fellows soldiers,you all know some of things that we have gone through,with wars,over seas,away from family for long times,you would think that we would be shown some appreciation when we spend our money,all that I ask Colby Prior,Warren Jackson was to replace my battery with the right one,but they only want me to give up,please for each other lets shop somewhere else for now on,i will post this everday on here and facebook,Facebook, to help others,just like I said i dont even want theirs battery,they hurt me so bad by not replacing my truck battery with the right one,its all about them not you,so please shop somewhere else for a vehicle, and to the people of these United States that we as armforce protected will you please read this very closely,and feel me,because milton Ruben employees did not treat me right.
