AVOID THIS DEALER! I agreed to buy a truck from these guys, made hotel reservations because it was not going to be ready until the next day and I'm over four hours away. I agreed to buy a truck from these guys, made hotel reservations because it was not going to be ready until the next day and I'm over four hours away. Only to find out that they didn't honor the agreement to hold it and sold the truck. Now I'm out time and hotel money. BAD BUSINESS! More

Great truck, dealership has me concerned The Good- Mark, my salesman, was great. Very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. Good guy. Truck is outstanding. Bad- after talking about the war The Good- Mark, my salesman, was great. Very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. Good guy. Truck is outstanding. Bad- after talking about the warrenties, I elected to go with the standard warrenty, yet when the paperwork was filled out, I had to ask him why the price on the truck was higher and the finance manager had put the warrenty on the paperwork. Seemed like if I wasn't careful and checked over everything, he was trying to slip that in. The way he went about it made me feel that was the case. Also, the service department. I declined the bed cover that was already installed on the truck, dropped the truck off to get the bed cover taken off and the top of the tail gate replaced where it has been drilled into, plus to get the bed liner, sprayed in. Called up to see if the truck was ready and was told it was. When I came to pick it up, the tail gate still had holes in it. Let service know, and now I have to make another trip to the dealership to finish getting that fixed Overall, Mark was a great salesman. I don't feel like I can trust the Finance department. More
