They are considerate & caring above & beyond just taking care of your car they want to take care of us too. It is quite remarkable & rewarding in this day & age to have this type of experience. Chris Maughon was our initial 1st Prius Sales Man & this time he handled all our financing & paperwork. He is an excellent person. Casey Smith was our initial contact regarding checking out the 2015 models & considering trade-in. He contacted us a couple of times via telephone & email to follow up & confirm we received the information he was kind enough to snail mail. Bryan Strickland was our actual purchase sales man as we just walked in not planning to buy until next year. He was honest & extremely knowledgeable in helping us reach a decision to proceed. He paid attention to our needs & requests & concerns in every way possible. Louie Fouts is our service contact & he is good as gold. He has treated us exceptionally since January 2011 & we look forward to continued service with a smile. The whole Milton Martin Family should be commended in every way every day. On the first cold day of the winter, we went out to find that our Prius would not start. New to the area, I wasn't sure where to turn, but finally connected with Kent in the Milton Martin Toyota Service Department. He listened to me with keen interest, and used all the information to come up with the best service plan for our car. He clearly explained options and provided detailed information. The car was ready when he said it would be, the cost of the needed service was very reasonable, and best of all, my 8-year-old Prius is now running as good as new!! Our thanks to Kent and all the service people at Milton Martin Toyota! More

I was arou I didn't realize until I called my father about our purchase that my mother and father bought a red Corolla in 1974 from Mr. Milton Martin. I was around 2 years old at the time, but remember the car well - we had it for a long time. Due to the dependability of that Toyota, the Chevy Nova that sat in the driveway with the Corolla was the last car they bought from a US-based manufacturer. At the time my father tried to buy the car, another salesman happened to sell the only red Corolla on the lot to another fella right out from underneath Mr. Martin. Dad reports that needless to say, Mr. Martin was not pleased with the salesman but made it right by giving my parents a loaner car. They had they loaner for over 4 months until another red Corolla could be located. It goes to show you that how you react to bad situations is what ultimately matters. We actually had no idea about the story when we drove up. But my parents' experience with the dealership 40 years ago matched our own. Even though any car purchase is a quite large and stressful "business transaction," the folks there were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and organized. Any business would be challenged keeping consistent customer service over a 40 year period, but it seems MMT has been able to do it. We would definitely recommend MMT to our friends. Chad Smith, the New Car Manager there called me personally after my visit to the dealership and helped me get to a monthly payment that beat out the other dealerships I was shopping at. Brandon Martin was able to locate and deliver to me a unique exterior / interior combination that I really wanted but very few were made that way. I was impressed that he was listening to my needs and then he figured out a way to make that leather color happen! I ended up buying a 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE that was beautiful on the inside and out! I was also looking at the Buick Enclave Leather FWD and Chevy Traverse LTZ but the Highlander XLE was the best value with the most bells and whistles for the money. Lastly, the Finance Manager, Mario Lugo, was also fantastic! I got 1.99% financing because of my awesome credit score!! That was so helpful on the budget! The team of these 3 men really earned my trust and my business! I would highly recommend this high class dealership to anyone and would strongly suggest your Toyota purchase starts with Brandon Martin!! More
