Currently the Highlander Limited Platinum is a difficult vehicle to lo Milton Martin, specifically, Mike Morrisey was exceptionally easy to work with. Currently the Highlander Limited Platinum is a difficult vehicle to locate in the color we wanted, or so we thought. After interacting with multiple dealerships to no avail, a co-worker recommended I try Milton Martin. Milton Martin had located the car I wanted within 24 hours and had it at their dealership within 48 hrs of us first talking. The sales process was quick and easy and Mike was impressively knowledgeable regarding all the options that the Platinum contained. Overall, I was very pleased with Milton Martin. More

Fair and Efficient I was having a negative experience with my local Toyota dealership Heyward Allen Toyota in Athens GA. We had considered trading our 2010 Tahoe in Apr I was having a negative experience with my local Toyota dealership Heyward Allen Toyota in Athens GA. We had considered trading our 2010 Tahoe in April 2014 and had visited them then. It was difficult. We tabled the idea until this year. Again we sat down we them in hopes of trading our Tahoe in on a new Highlander. The experience was the same...very poor. The manner in which they interacted with us was pure dealership cliche. Gamesmanship, very lowball trade allowance, a lot of waiting while the appraiser checked us out, while the dealer swap guy looked for our Highlander, while the sales manager reviewed the deal...a whole lot of wasted time and bottom of the barrel tactics...including mild confrontation. I have a computer and internet access, I have tried hard to maintain my vehicle....I have a reasonable expectation of a fair deal. There's no need for pomp and BS. I walked out of HA at noon. I called Milton Martin on my cell phone from the parking lot. I was connected with Brian Cardone in Sales. I told him specifically what we were looking for in a Toyota, gave him the VIN on my trade, and what I thought were fair parameters on a trade. He called me back within a half hour. He had located a Highlander that met all our requirements and had an offer sheet that was reasonable and fair...and bettered Heyward Allen by $3,000. I drove up that afternoon and we had a deal done in 20 minutes. I took delivery of our new Highlander 2 days later. My wife and I drove up (an hour drive) after work. Brian stayed well after the dealership had closed to make sure that my wife was well-versed in all the cars features and made sure she felt comfortable before we left. Brian was great, Milton Martin was great. We love our new Highlander. No gamesmanship, no hassle. Fair and efficient. We got great value and outstanding customer service. I'll be making the drive to Milton Martin for all my regular maintenance and service as well. It's worth the drive to be well taken care of. More
Mixed result from collision center The work when done was fine, they did forget to hook up my trunk light and I had to drive back to get it corrected. I have a difficult time getting return calls or answers to the status of the work. Communication isn't the collision centers strong suit. I also asked for more work to be done that I was willing to pay for myself. I was given one price for the work at drop off, and was called later and told it would cost twice as much as originally estimated. I canceled the extra work at that point. More
