Very fast turn around. Had a right rear view mirror replaced due to an accident. Waited a week for mirror to come in. My first service experience with Milton Martin Toyota. My first service trip to Milton Martin Toyota was for front brakes on my 2004 Toyota Sienna which has over 128000 miles. Kent was the assistant servic My first service trip to Milton Martin Toyota was for front brakes on my 2004 Toyota Sienna which has over 128000 miles. Kent was the assistant service manager that I spoke with. Kent let me know up front that I was looking at replacing brake pads and rotors. There were also two factory recalls that were to be fixed during this visit. I received a call from Kent stating that the brakes had been repaired and a leak from the water pump had been discovered. I was asked if I had had the timing belt replaced at 90K miles. I authorized the replacing of the water pump and the replacing of the timing belt. I also requested that an oil change be done. Kent was very professional and the repairs were done in the time frame that was stated. I would recommend Milton Martin Toyota for future service requirements. More
