All went great until the service manager, Louis was informed by the mechanic that a seal on my transfer-case was leaking. After inspecting the problem myself with Louis, I made the call to replace it. It's not everyone that would notify the owner of a problem, but I'm glad that Toyota did so. This type of professionalism is something that people should know. They look out for the customer. More

The torque converter was shuddering and the passenger side air bag pressure sensor needed to be replaced. Kimberly was very helpful. After the first try to adjust torque converter did not work, Kimberly set up an appointment and provided a rental car for me to use because I work out of town. The work was completed that day and my car drives like new. More
