This service was for a timing and drive belt as well as brake job. As usual they did a great job. Even more helpful was an emergency they helped me out with. I got back to Cleveland GA and started feeling some very strange jerking movements when accelerating. I thought for sure it was related to the service. They had the truck towed down to their shop, paid for a rental car and when it turned out to simply be a crack in a spark plug they opted not to charge me for the costs. I think it is important to develop long term relationships with businesses and I truly appreciate them going the extra mile for me on something that ended up not being their fault. Thanks so much! This is my 3rd Milton Martin Prius & 1st non-German or American NEW vehicle (s) dealer experience & I've never looked back or been dissatisfied. My choice is to live off the grid so going to Milton Martin is also going to the city & not my favorite thing to do BUT I actually look forward to seeing everyone & always come away knowing I've been treated fairly, cant trust the quality of service & know they actually care.
