Service dept lacks service On 10/26/17 I dropped my fj cruiser off for recall repair in the inner panel door where seat belt attaches. I notified rep that my passenger side seat belt wont retract. About 2 hours later they call and said my fj was ready for pick up and that my seat belt wasn't fixed due to not being part of the safety recall. I expressed my concern about Toyota not fixing a safety issue like the seat belt. I was then told it's because my fj is 10 years old and has over 200,00 miles. They didn't even offer to give me an estimate. So now I've got to find someone else to fix the seat belt issue. Milton Martin needs to remove those big letters that spell "service" off the front of their multi million dollar building. More

After talking with Rick Williams, we came to an agreement on price and trade-in value. I negotiated with other dealers before. This purchase experience was the easiest and best experience that I've handled. I will be purchasing from Milton Martin Toyota again. More

Never again!!!! I had more problems with my car after they did work on it. And if you have a recall they will find more work that is needed on your car every time ev I had more problems with my car after they did work on it. I was told I needed a water pump plus other services again that I had already had previously done two months prior from Toyota on a recall. I guess they forgot to look and see they already got me for that one. They stated it was there mistake. Yeah mistake you didn't get my money again. They probably never did any of the services the first time. What I started doing is asking for the parts off my car that they fixed and taking them to someone I know to check them. I've been given information from mechanics that have worked with Toyota that shocked me that positively told me they tell customers they need work that isn't needed to make more money for the business. Shame on Toyota. They have excellent cars but do have a lot of recalls. I've never had good service with them but when you have a recall you have to go to the dealership. I'm done with Toyota. I won't own another Toyota after I'm done with the one I have. Its been a nightmare every time at this dealership and Mall of Georgia Toyota. More

Excellent Service Took my vehicle for its first 5000 mile maintenance. I also went with my two small children. I was in and out in no time!! Everyone was so nice!!
