I love my new Rav4 Matt Snyder made my buying experience a wonderful one. He was kind and so patient with me. I love my Rav4. I was not Matt's typical customer. He sure Matt Snyder made my buying experience a wonderful one. He was kind and so patient with me. I love my Rav4. I was not Matt's typical customer. He sure stepped up and cared for me and made sure I felt comfortable and shared all his knowledge about the vehicle. We have talked several times since I made my purchase, and he makes me feel so comfortable asking questions. With the experience I had with Matt. I know he has to be one, if not your best salesman. I never felt rushed, or pushed, and that is important to me when making a purchase of this importance. I laughingly told Matt I had only one complaint with my new car, there are no AC vents in the back seat. He told me where the vent was above the radio and that there were vents on the floor. I did some research about this online and read what people had to say. Toyota does need to fix this, in my opinion. But, back to Matt, he was wonderful to work with. I had saved a long time for my car and I am so proud of it. Thank you Matt for making my new car dreams come true. More
