120,000 mile service I took my car in for the 120,000 mile service. The service advisor said it would only take 2.5 hrs to service. I expected to have to leave it overnig I took my car in for the 120,000 mile service. The service advisor said it would only take 2.5 hrs to service. I expected to have to leave it overnight for this major service. They provide a shuttle service to my other vehicle. The service advisor called to make sure the shuttle was provided. The service was completed within the time stated. Service advisor called to let me know my car was ready. He was very professional and polite during my visit there. More
