Never have we encountered such an easy process with such nice people as we did yesterday at Milton Martin Toyota. Casey, our salesman, and Jason, our finance manager, were both knowledgeable, helpful, calm, direct, and friendly. Not once did we feel pressured or misled in any way. We were thrilled to be driving away in our 2017 Toyota Camry less than 2 hours after we walked in the door of the dealership. It was a night and day difference from every other previous buying experience. Thank you all so much for a remarkable experience. We will be coming back to Milton Martin Toyota not only for service needs on this vehicle, but also for our 2 other Toyotas from now on, and of course, we'll be coming back here the next time we need another car. Specially for us who purchased a vehicle from you. For instance in my reasoning for requiring this extra service There was an oil smudge on my drivers door from someone’s hand. No big deal but again a nice cleanup would really make for a perfect experience at your dealership. FYI other dealers in the local area (not saying any names) does do that cleanup service when they complete their service to the vehicle. More
