Customer Service Needs Work I went to the dealership to get a new set of tires installed, balanced, and an alignment performed. I was told it would be about 2 hours, and they wou I went to the dealership to get a new set of tires installed, balanced, and an alignment performed. I was told it would be about 2 hours, and they would call me when it was ready. I dropped the vehicle off at 7:15 in the morning, and figured it'd be done relatively soon. It took 4.5 hours, and I had to call to see if it was ready. When I called, it seemed almost impossible to get to the person who was supposed to be helping me, and they seemed to not even remember helping me. Once I got to the dealership to get my vehicle, I had to wait for another 30 minutes while other people who dropped their cars off after mine were being helped. After all of this, there was no apology or anything. I wouldn't come back here for service even if I was paid to do so. More
