Had an appointment for oil change & tire rotation. Called just before appointment to make sure on time said yes. Hour and half still waiting for my vehicle. Unacceptable it’s a simple oil change. If you value your vehicle DO NOT take it to Milnes. Had an issue with a young mechanic abusing my vehicle. Consistently satisfied I have three vehicles serviced at Milnes Ford; a 2009 F-150, a 2013 Focus and a 2015 Expedition. Most recently, the F-150 had a tune-up performed alo I have three vehicles serviced at Milnes Ford; a 2009 F-150, a 2013 Focus and a 2015 Expedition. Most recently, the F-150 had a tune-up performed along with the repair of a minor electrical issue. Service Advisor Tim kept me apprised of the status of the maintenance and repairs. Although the electrical part (seat heating element) was not in stock, he had it delivered and installed the following morning. The truck was ready for pickup by 11 a.m. Separately, whenever I bring in any of my vehicles for routine maintenance, i..e. oil changes, the vehicle is ready within 30 - 45 minutes (even when I have not made an appointment). Overall, I find the customer experience to be pleasant and accommodating. The service staff will recommend optional services but will not push back when the customer declines (unlike the stereotypical mega dealerships). More

We seek our salesman, Rob Betley, each time we look to purchase or lease. He is a superb sales representative of Milnes Ford. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase new fords or used vehicles. More

Ridiculous! After laying down nearly 20k cash to buy a Certified 2013 escape in March I quickly started having problems. Problems that should have been found IMO After laying down nearly 20k cash to buy a Certified 2013 escape in March I quickly started having problems. Problems that should have been found IMO during the inspection (likely never happened) and during the time one of their office girls drove the vehicle as a demo.... like the heated seats and 12v outlet not working (since the seats were in the heat on position and she had items plugged in in another harder to use spot for 12v accessories). They gouged the plastic trim (this is less then a week after me purchasing it) and told me no problem they would order new trim and a new module for replace what they damaged. Granted it wasn't horrible, but I've had the car less then a week and its not my fault they did a poor job with a customers car.... It is now mid August and I have asked about it several times and keep getting the run around. Still haven't heard anything back from my last visit a couple weeks ago. The kid working the service desk tried telling me my tires that were falling apart in chunks (which a tire shop told me was due to a manufacturer defect) and had a blow out with one was because I was doing burn outs.... yeah burn outs in a 1.6L 4 cylinder. I have put 20k miles (much of which is hwy) on the car in 4 months, I don't stop long enough to do that many burn outs even if the car was able to "light em up" LMAO!!! The first 10k miles all tires wore evenly, the second 10k the tires were completely bald with noticable chunks missing, if I was doing burn outs I doubt I started doing them after already putting 10k miles on the thing. ... Also it took 6 tries (and me telling them multiple times it was battery/ alternator related due to research I did on the internet) to figure out that my alternator was bad when I bought the car as well.... which I think they knew something was going on when I bought it because the battery cover was off when I test drove it and again when I bought it (despite me replacing it when I test drove it) but I didn't really think anything of it before buying it. Then after one of my oil changes the kid apparently didn't check my levels/ top everything off because the next day I was having problems and it ended up being low coolant... literally the day after an oil change where this should have been checked. So if you want to be told your hot rodding your grocery getter, poor service, and have your car damaged at their hands and never repaired despite being told it would be feel free to give Milnes a try... I won't be back! More

Extremely friendly and helpful staff all around but especially in the service department who I had the most contact with. More

Big town dealship rapped in to a small town feel. This small town dealership comes with big town SERVICE & Sales with out the take a number and get in line feel of the Large town dealerships. Milnes employees try very hard to remember your name or at least what kind of Ford you drive. They are caring and will help you get the best car for the buck from there sales staff. There Service department is what bring me back. If they find a problem they will share all the information with me so I can make the best logical move in fixing my problem. Most of all they back up there work ! More
