I came in on Wednesday to test-drive a car that Chad had handpicked for me, and then came back on Friday to pick it up because I fell in love with it so much. They both did an awesome job at closing the deal, even though we ran into some complications Rhonda was determined I was going to leave with my car on Friday.:) She was very personable and made a genuine connection with me, for her it wasn't just about the sale.
