Great buying experince for a special car. I have done business with several car dealers over the years but there are several very unique things about Milnes Ford of Lapeer and there staff. My I have done business with several car dealers over the years but there are several very unique things about Milnes Ford of Lapeer and there staff. My sales consultant's Val Hamilton and Rhonda Jones were on top of things from the moment I walked in. There was no waiting upon arrival, not the normal high pressure sales pitch and they were willing to spend as much time as needed for me to purchase a car. Right away I noticed a big difference and new I was in the right dealer. The car was the exact car I had been looking for and was in great condition. Rhonda took over during the loan process and really cared about my purchase and rates I was about to get through the entire process. Purchase of a New Explorer I have been looking for a new vehicle and had been to several dealerships but because of the lost I would have taken with my Ford Fusion was too big. I have been looking for a new vehicle and had been to several dealerships but because of the lost I would have taken with my Ford Fusion was too big. Rhonda took the time and found almost enough rebates to cover the lost. My husband and I have made several purchases of vehicles and have never had such a good experience. I didn't feel pressured or rushed(which is unbelievable). She explained to me all my options and was able to find what I wanted for a price I could afford. Also while purchasing the vehicle other employees were great with entertaining my girls. I also want to mention that service department was great when we brought my Fusion to them. More

As long as Rhonda is there we will continue to purchase our vehicles from Milnes Ford especially after we found out Rhonda can help us no matter which manufacturer we decide to go with. Thanks Rhonda for making a stressful decision easier! We ended up purchasing a ford fusion (used trade in) even though we have always purchased new in the past. TONY AND KIM HOLMAN AMAZING AWESOME FANANTASTIC!!! Tony and I went in looking for the new F150 and found it at Milnes Dealership. So we went in and Eric Trandell was sho AMAZING AWESOME FANANTASTIC!!! Tony and I went in looking for the new F150 and found it at Milnes Dealership. So we went in and Eric Trandell was showing us the one on the show room floor. Eric knew all about the new line, we where very impressed with him. So we went back in February and sat down with him and special ordered our truck. We also delt with Dave Lightfoot (NEW CAR MGR.) he told how long it would take and where are truck was being made,and that him or Eric would keep us inform on the progress of our truck. And we picked it on March 16,2015. It was just awesome to see it ready for us. Eric took his time explaining all the bells and whistles to us. And everyone of the employees where just as excite as we were. We can't explain enough how great everyone was to us, we have dealt with 2 other Ford dealerships in the pass and they can't even compete with the GUYS AT MILNES FORD !!!!!
