Very dissatified and will never buy another car from Milnes or use their service department again. Was promised many things and when calling the saleman to confirm that I did not get any of these thing Milnes or use their service department again. Was promised many things and when calling the saleman to confirm that I did not get any of these things he never returned my call. Complained to my fiance he calls and gets a return call immediatly. Why!? because he is a man, his name is not on the loan or the title or the commission check you recieved. Had several issues after buying my car and that took several visits to fix, my fuel system had issues and I was not even able to put gas in it. SEVERAL visits. Not long after I had tire issues, I was in a small fender bender and the body shop was fantastic. however they gave me my car back with flat tire. After much complaining that I should never had received a new vehcle ( it was one year old with 40,000 miles) such bad tires, they did give me a good deal on tires. Now 3 years later I have more issues again with tires, but hey its three years. I took to local tire shop to fix a slow leak in my tire and was informed that it was time to replace my original tires. WHAT! no these tires are only three years old. Nope the tires were from 2015!!!! My fiance insist that I take the car back to Milnes to look at and repair. So we did and while there had an oil change. I was told that the amount of miles I've put on the tires that the wear was still pretty good, there was a puncture in the bad tire and they patched it, for free. Monday I get in my car for work and the tire was lower than the rest and continued to lose air. By the way I also asked them to rotate the tires, they didn't. I just had a new set of tires put on my car from a tire shop. Guess what no patch or repair of any kind had been done to any of my tires. Now I am concerned if I even actually got an oil change or if they just reset my gages. Never will I recommend or use this dealership again! More

My salesman Jim Bishop is a great man. I like the Dealership. But your repair man woody doesn’t do his job well at all. He has done more damage to my truck and coming up soon it will be my third time Dealership. But your repair man woody doesn’t do his job well at all. He has done more damage to my truck and coming up soon it will be my third time back to get my truck repaired. ( he needs to retire). I have spent 10 hours in your dealership waiting ( 2 visits) and have to come back again. Because of damage I need to come back again. Each time it takes four to five weeks to get the part in. I’m getting tired of this. I would like to talk to Brooke in person about this issue. If it wasn’t for Jim Bishop I wouldn’t buy another vehicle from you. In ten years my wife and I have bought five vehicles from Milnes. More

Went here do to a factory recall. Friendliness of staff was horrible. Wasn't greeted Not acknowledge until I finally asked if someone was going to help me. Not welcoming at all.
