Joe Janssen did an excellent job in being informative and service friendly. He is not pushy like the stereotype for many salesmen. I did not once feel like he was pressuring me into any decision. I had the opportunity to test drive a few different cars (a 2011 Chevy Cruze and a 2012 Malibu). I decided to go with the Chevy Cruze. It is the best car for me given that I travel 50 miles to work one way and the crash rating is excellent. During the process, Joe introduced me to several different people throughout the dealership and I felt like I was with famiy. All were friendly and courteous. I even met the owner and talked with him for a minute. All in all, I felt like I received a fair deal on my Cruze and a fair trade in value for the car I brought in. I would recommend Milnes to anyone out there who is looking to buy a car. I have had great experiences with the service dept. over the years and a great experience in my purchase of a new car yesterday. More

I bought a Grand Prix from Milnes and I am very happy with the whole experience! I told them exactly what I wanted ( they didnt have it in stock) and they found it in a couple of days! That may not sound like anything special but we live an hour away so it was a HUGE convenience! When our Volt finally arrived at Milnes Rob once again offered to deliver it to our house, this time I declined the offer- I just had to be the first person to drive it :-) We were truly happy with our experience at Milnes Chevrolet!! My wife and I came into Milnes to purchase a new Chevrolet Equinox. Our sales contact was John Olson, who was very helpful in finding the right car for our needs and we purchased a 2012 vehicle on t Chevrolet Equinox. Our sales contact was John Olson, who was very helpful in finding the right car for our needs and we purchased a 2012 vehicle on the same day. Originally, we had been looking at the GMC Terrain, but then decided to look at the equivalent in the Chevrolet Equinox. When we first walked in and was greeted by John, he made us feel at home and wanted to help us find the right vehicle for our needs. One of our main options was to have Bluetooth connectivity. I found out that we did not have to go up to a higher trim level to have this options unlike the GMC Terrain. We got the vehicle and options that we wanted and made our deal with the option to pick up the vehicle the next day. We were given a warranty options update by the finance mgr and chose some extra that I felt were cost effective. All in all, my wife is very happy with the vehicle and the experience and service that we received at Milnes Chevrolet. I too am very happy with the whole process.
