Joe Janssen did an excellent job in being informative and service friendly. He is not pushy like the stereotype for many salesmen. I did not once feel like he was pressuring me into any decision. I had the opportunity to test drive a few different cars (a 2011 Chevy Cruze and a 2012 Malibu). I decided to go with the Chevy Cruze. It is the best car for me given that I travel 50 miles to work one way and the crash rating is excellent. During the process, Joe introduced me to several different people throughout the dealership and I felt like I was with famiy. All were friendly and courteous. I even met the owner and talked with him for a minute. All in all, I felt like I received a fair deal on my Cruze and a fair trade in value for the car I brought in. I would recommend Milnes to anyone out there who is looking to buy a car. I bought a Grand Prix from Milnes and I am very happy with the whole experience! I told them exactly what I wanted ( they didnt have it in stock) and they found it in a couple of days! That may not sound like anything special but we live an hour away so it was a HUGE convenience! When our Volt finally arrived at Milnes Rob once again offered to deliver it to our house, this time I declined the offer- I just had to be the first person to drive it :-) We were truly happy with our experience at Milnes Chevrolet!!
