Great service on the Ford side! They took care of me and it took a lot less time than i expected to buy the car! I love my new car. Sales and car great But Service sucks Two different appts gas is expensive !!! for oil change and filter Montevideo to Willmar. Then reschedule. No call to tell us don’t come we don’t have what we need for your car First time no filter. This is not acceptable !! 2nd time no oil at store they had to drive across town to get our oil. said it would take hours it did. We had to keep great grand daughter occupied for hours. Food at restaurants cost additional money 9 am appt and returned home finally at 2:40pm Lonnie had a doctor appt at 4pm here in Montevideo. It was a bad day We’re done!! More
