The service department got my new battery installed promptly. I didn't interact with the mechanic much, so I don't have anything to say about them, other than they did a good job, Kristen was courteous and professional. More

Sadly, the cruise control did not work, so we are taking it to our local dealer. I don't know what the service dept. could have done to catch that, but maybe check those things in the future.
