I had a not so good experience the first time I was there. I called and talked to someone there. I was not rude I came from customer service 40 years. I thought I would give them another shot. The last two times I bought my vehicle in they were fantastic. The young man at the service desk remembers me and is always so polite and friendly. Good history here but over charged to clear computer faults (air dam & trailer connection). Cleaning a small amount of dirt from the rear bumper trailer connection to should not cost $100.
