I had a not so good experience the first time I was there. I called and talked to someone there. I was not rude I came from customer service 40 years. I thought I would give them another shot. The last two times I bought my vehicle in they were fantastic. The young man at the service desk remembers me and is always so polite and friendly. He won me back and I am so happy that I returned. They take very good care of me and I trust them. That is a very big deal for me to feel comfortable and trusting More
It's very easy and convenient to make appointments for Quick Lane service on the Ford Pass app. Upon checking in for the service appointment the service rep was polite and helpful. Good history here but over charged to clear computer faults (air dam & trailer connection). Cleaning a small amount of dirt from the rear bumper trailer connection to should not cost $100. Clearing the air dam fault notice was only $50 noting that freezing rain could have caused the air dam to stick (yes we live in Minnesota). More
