I quite frankly don’t understand how you guys take peoples property off and just discard it very disrespectful and rude and I still don’t have everything back. I will never come back and have services at the shop again the disrespect of throwing my property way over the line. More

With all the touted great enginering for ford you cant tell me while my new truck died on me and sends me low battery warnings and resticts its funtions. Will it die on me and leave me stranded? I googled the low battery issue and nhtsa says you have been replacing batterys that are defective. Afyer being treated in a manor l dont appreciate. I have decided my next new vehicle. Wil not be sold to me by you. You leave me no choice but to use my wallet.elsewhere. just because of a warrenty you appear not to honor. No money out of your pockets. But a vile impression l will not ignore. Good day More

Bryan assured me my 96 mercury was fixed at closing time600 dalloars later l got 1 block from shop amd it died. I should have usefd that as a point of referance but l was too disapointed to bothercoming back.
