When we contacted the dealership, we were immediately connected with a salesperson who was willing to meet when it was convenient for us. Valerie Lawton spent over 6 hours with us on a Saturday. She could answer every question we had about the features of the vehicle. There were a few accessories that were not on the vehicle. Valerie and her associates were able to order and install them in time for pick up. Valerie gave us a tour of the dealership, so we would know who we would be dealing with for financing and service. Everyone was polite and courteous. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. We met the young men who had detailed the vehicle for pickup. It was obvious that they had been trained in customer service. They were proud of their work and asked us to look it over to see if it was detailed to our satisfaction. We discovered that there was a tiny scratch. They looked to fix it immediately. Unfortunately, it will require a trip to the service department. We were assured that it would be made to look like new. More
