We took our car to have it aligned. The technician found that we had other issues and said he had the parts and was able to complete the work. Another great thing is that they were able to complete all of the work while I waited, and I was grateful for that as I lived an hour away. More
Surprised with the diesel oil change that the DEF top off was not included in a component that depends on vehicle running properly if gets too low. The repairs seem good. My issue is the LENGTH of the repairs and that there never seemed to be any solid estimate of when the car would be done. After a month of 'we'll get it in when we can' we got a 'should be done by Presidents' Day'. Didn't get it back until three weeks after that. None of this would have been so much an issue if we could have gotten a loaner car, but that was never an option. The price we were quoted ended up going up 50% as well. It was an overall frustrating experience. More
