Would not recommend for Volkswagen oil change. I was not planning on a $180(+) bill. Would have been nice if they would have warned me when I made the appointment. They did get the job done but it took 11 days because of problems with employees being out and we were very nervous because it was our granddaughter graduation and it’s 150 miles away- we did make it with n problems with employees being out and we were very nervous because it was our granddaughter graduation and it’s 150 miles away- we did make it with not much time to spare More

The service department was friendly, efficient, and on time. Betsy and Lynn who work the service desk were approachable and willing to help. Scott the courtesy driver was fabulous. Ryan Ware sold me my car a year ago and helped me arrange my most recent service check. I had the oil changed, hitch added, emission sensor replaced, and protective films applied to diver side doors. The mechanic did a great job and got it done quickly. Highly recommend Mills Service Team. More
