Finally got approved and the deal was made I was supossed to pick the car up the next day but, i get a phone call saying someone else came to look at it and they have a check so sorry for you.So after the deal was made with me they sold it to the man with the check in hand. I will never ever go to any Miller auto group again. That's a nice way to do business. I must say the salesperson Jeff was very nice and helpful until i got the call from the finance manager. More
I was calling from Utah to get some advise about a car I was looking at here in Utah. I tried to pull a Carfax report, and it came up with no records on the Vin number. That threw me for a loop because I ha was looking at here in Utah. I tried to pull a Carfax report, and it came up with no records on the Vin number. That threw me for a loop because I have never encountered that before. Jeff told me to stay away from this car because according to the Vin number it does not even exist, and it could for example be a stolen vehicle where the Vin number had been changed. I sure appreciated is advise. More

Not only was the help in searching great, but the financing was taken care of exactly as I asked with payments I knew I could afford. Everything went smoothly and a very bad sunday before Christmas turned into a nice surprise for me. I would definitly go back to Miller Crosspoint when I'm ready to replace my wife's vehicle. Thank you Troy and Page. More
Troy Loar was our salesman; he was very helpful in answering all of our questions. If he didn't know the answer, he went and found out. He wasn't pushy in any way. He was very patient while we made ou answering all of our questions. If he didn't know the answer, he went and found out. He wasn't pushy in any way. He was very patient while we made our decision. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He made us a great deal with monthly payments that we can afford. He explained what each cost was and how to go about getting the WV inspection. Before we left with the new (used) car it was extremely clean inside and out. Since one of us didn't have very good credit, Page Baldwin was able to find a bank willing to finance the car for us. He was very professional and also explained what each cost was. Even though this was a lengthy process, we didn't feel like we were being rushed through, and we appreciate that. Both gentlemen were very nice to deal with and we would recommend Miller's Crosspointe to anyone. When we're ready to purchase another car, we will be back. Thank you for everything! We feel confident we made a good decision in buying this car and are happy with our purchase. More
Purchased a used Toyota Prius. Both Troy and Pat were willing to negaotiate on trade-in in order to purchase the Prius and trade-in the CRV. In the past Miller was always difficult to deal with on price willing to negaotiate on trade-in in order to purchase the Prius and trade-in the CRV. In the past Miller was always difficult to deal with on price on the trade-in or the vehicle I was interested in. They also always wanted to push what you wanted your payment to be rather than how much the vehicle was going to actually cost me. Pat and Troy deal with what you will actually pay which is the way it should be. Thank you, Keith More

My first purchase from Miller Auto Sales was 4 years ago when I bought a new Honda Pilot. Recently, I visited Miller's Used Car lot for a second car and found the exact model I was looking for. My husband and I went to Miller's yesterday (Saturday) to test drive a Mustang I had been looking at for a few weeks. I walked in knowing I was already approved for a loan through my credit union. They wer test drive a Mustang I had been looking at for a few weeks. I walked in knowing I was already approved for a loan through my credit union. They were quite nice in the beginning as we test drove the car and were able to keep it for a couple of hours. Upon our return, things went downhill. We were walked across the lot to the main building to talk about a price. We asked if they could drop the price some. They would not tell us yes or no until we COMMITTED to buy the car. Why are we going to commit to a sale if we don't know what the selling price was? We explained that we were looking at another car and wanted to know their price so would could be informed consumers and be able to make an informed decision. The salesman was nice but the manager was not. He had a condescending attitude towards me (as if I didn't deserve a Mustang). While my husband and I were left alone in the office, a long time, we decided we were going back to Shenandoah Ford where we had already been treated quite nicely. I would not recommend Miller's to anyone and will not be going back there again. More
I responded to a fresh ad for a 2002 Civic Si. The test drive was great, and I was willing to buy. They tried to lowball me on the trade-in value of my old car, offering me $1000 on a car that the blue boo drive was great, and I was willing to buy. They tried to lowball me on the trade-in value of my old car, offering me $1000 on a car that the blue book lists at $3300. I got them up to $3000 with some negotiating, and overall I'm very happy with my new Civic and the price I paid for it. We spent a long time going through all the legalities and negotiations, and missed a movie that we'd planned to see because of the delays. It was a good experience overall though. More
