We chose Miller Volvo Volkswagen because they had the car we were looking for. This being the first time dealing with Miller Volvo Volkswagen, as a consumer, we were cautiously optimistic, especially after r we were looking for. Having not dealt with them before we were looking for professionalism, friendliness and value. They have obviously made some management changes as Miller fit the bill on all counts. We dealt with Eric and Jeff. Our first impression of Eric is that of a friend. He exudes professionalism and honesty. He will tell you like it is, like a close friend. With Eric, he listened to what we wanted. As far as Jeff, he is one of the friendliest finance guys we have ever met. He is not that typical "nagging" finance guy at most dealerships, that is trying to sell you something you don't want. He is professional, gives you your options and doesn't pressure the consumer. The whole experience was such a positive one that we will consider Miller in the future and pass the word as well. Thank you for a hassle-free experience. More

The professional and human support we received from Cynthia (sales), Jeff (Finance) and Mr Campbell (General Manager) when purchasing a car at their dealership, was for us fully satisfactorily. We gave a very positive feedback to the person who recommended to us this dealership. This is probably the 20th time I have bought a car from Miller. One reason for this loyalty is geographic convenience, a more important reason is Mike, who is head of Volvo service and who makes my life Miller. I came to buy a new car this week, and dealt with Matthew Danforth, a young guy who actually listened when I said that I did not want to spend hours in there -- he should just call me with figures when he had them. This he did, including doing all the paperwork ahead of time when I came to pick up the car. As a busy realtor, I really appreciate not wasting time hanging around, and I did not have to. Eric Campbell is the new General Manager, and Miller is lucky to have found him: he seems very straightforward and honest. A very good experience. Jane Darrach More

This is the second time that I have attempted to buy a new VW (a service that they presumably provide), and while this experience was not as horrific as the first, it is obvious that this dealership has n new VW (a service that they presumably provide), and while this experience was not as horrific as the first, it is obvious that this dealership has no interest in ushering you through the car buying experience-- they would rather bully you into it. The manager (not Shane, our salesman) was unwilling to consider negotiating, even after showing them advertised prices which were thousands of dollars better at other regional dealers. The internet necessitates compromise as car buyers are better informed of fair prices-- a dealership that refuses to negotiate should be avoided at all costs. Further, they hijacked the keys to my trade in and I actually overheard another dealer trying to bully customers into signing a form which obligated them to buy the car before they even began talking price. I heard the dealer tell them that he did not want them to 'waste his time' and that they refused to talk about price unless the customers committed to buying the car "if the numbers worked"...whatever that means at such a premature time. Ultimately, this dealership is unwilling to work with the modern and informed customer and uses less than appealing tactics to bully you into buying. Unfortunately, there are few other VW dealers in the area-- I would recommend trying Walker in Montpelier. More
Totally dishonest crew. Ended up going to another VW service shop. The next shop explained that not only didn't Miller do the work they said they did, they screwed up $2000 worth of work I paid them for service shop. They also ripped off VW USA by billing recall work that they never did. When questioned, the response (Chris)was pathetic. VW should pull the plug on this dealership. The facility is a filthy toilet. Save yourself the nightmare and go somewhere else...maybe Quirk VW in Manchester. More
Absolutely the worst experience with an auto dealership. I bought a car from Sam Clark. He was unprofessional, clueless and did not know about the cars he was selling. My check engine light came on and I was directed to the service department and talked to Chris White, the Service Manager. He seemed completely inept, acted like he had no knowledge of VW and seemed overwhelmed when ever I asked him a question. I waited in a dirty, dingy waiting room with nothing but a TV and uncomfortable chairs to sit on. When I got in my car after service, it was filthy. This was definitely the worst experience I've had in a VW dealership and would not recommend Miller Auto Group to anyone. More
