Avoid. Called about a vehicle recall. First person I got was obviously annoyed that I bothered him, and mocked how old the car was. When I didn't have the VIN handy, I had to call back. Fine. The lady I got the second time initially said they couldn't help VIN, because I didn't have the letter Toyota sent out (I offered her the VIN, and the description from Toyota's web site, but I had to push her to use those instead of the letter). Finally she found the recall (took about 10 minutes), but couldn't tell me whether they had the parts or how long the repair would take. Promised to have someone call me back right away, but so far no call. In contrast, I just called another toyota dealership, and in 3 minutes they had me setup for the recall and were extremely courteous the whole time. ----- Update: I promptly received a message from the manager after posting this review. He offered his apologies, stated he found and painfully listened to the phone call exchange, and would work to address the issues. In stark contrast to the previous two contacts, the manager, ken, was extremely polite. More

Work was scheduled quickly, and performed as described, for a reasonable price. The car had a code, and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it.
