We recently needed to have maintenance done and because we are retired we need to space out the visits. Our first three were excellent we dealt with Cecil Hager. We received great service at a fair price. This last visit was only for a new battery, again good price, we dealt with Oscar Reyers. However the next day when we got in the car the battery was dead, apparently they just stuck the new battery on and didn't clean the terminals. When we took it in this morning we were told that the terminals didn't need cleaning. well they ended up charging us $55 for one new terminal. Sorry not satisfied with this. It makes us question their honesty and ability. Won't be going back. More
BIG MISTAKE I bought a brand new Tacoma from another dealer outside the area. I realized after 1 day, the driver's door was slightly out of adjustment. I called this outfit (Miller) and made an appointment. Big mistake. When I arrived, they acted like they had no idea who I was and tried to say I had no appointment. We got that sorted out because I had the name of the guy that made the appointment. After an hour the service writer, Oscar shows up and tells me the door is "pushed" and they can't fix it. "It's a body shop issue." Then, he tells me it's NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY! I hit the roof. I tried to figure out what he meant by the door being "pushed" and I still don't know what the xxxx he meant...sprung??? Anyway, I contacted the dealer I bought the truck from and drove back there. They had it fixed (of course it WAS under warranty) in less than 1/2 hour. Simple adjustment. I wouldn't let these yokels at Miller work on anything I owned and their "customer service" is horrible. More

I paid $348 whereas my question was just about $50 . I found the dealership was not concerned about customers' opinion and what they committed to accept the deals ,. It's all fake , they have two tongues or they twist their tongue , it's all about Jose that's the only person i dealt with . He made me quite full giving me $30 discount . I don't live for begging , i was just asking for deals as they could accept from the competitive market. and he did accept over the phone, but in reality he don't .I can't recommend my friends in such a ridiculous situation . I never like to talk about others' bad and this is my first time to write reviews in negative way . More
OIL CHANGE GONE BAD WENT FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE, THEY LEFT THE OIL CAP OFF AND OIL WAS ALLOVER THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. WE FOUND THIS BEFORE ANY DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE., W WENT FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE, THEY LEFT THE OIL CAP OFF AND OIL WAS ALLOVER THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. WE FOUND THIS BEFORE ANY DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE., WE SHOULD GET A FREE SERVICE.. WHEN I RETURNED THEY KEPT ME WAITING FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE I COMPLAINED THAT MY CAR WAS BEING WORKED ON AND WHEN WAS IT GOING TO BE DONE. NOBODY AT THE SERVICE AREA KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, THEY WEREN'T INFORMED OF ANYTHING. GOOD JOB!!!!!! More
Worst Service Experience - Do not service your car here Miller Toyota in Manassas, VA is the worst car dealer I have ever experienced with. My newer Rav4 car had an oil leaking all of a sudden and I took i Miller Toyota in Manassas, VA is the worst car dealer I have ever experienced with. My newer Rav4 car had an oil leaking all of a sudden and I took it to their Service department this morning but they refuse to fix it. My car has been leaking oil all over their service lane and you can clearly see the oil was spilling all over which was very shocking. Ever their technicians are seeing the oil was dripping from my car but they would not fix it. I then had to drive another 45 minutes to another dealer in heavy morning rush hour traffic. I reported this issue to their Service Lane Manager Dennis Orts but he would not take any action and refuse to service me. This was a life and death situation, as I was driving my new car with no oil. Finally I took the car to another dealer and they took care of it within 15 minutes. I have bought total of 8 cars from different Toyota dealers in last 25 years but I have never seen a worst car dealer like Miller Toyota. Please do not come here and stay away from this dealer.
