Very Satisfied Unfortunately due to my wife being involved in an accident that was not her fault and ended with her 2011 Jeep with only 30,000 miles being totaled we Unfortunately due to my wife being involved in an accident that was not her fault and ended with her 2011 Jeep with only 30,000 miles being totaled we were in need of a replacement vehicle for her. Miller Motors in Burlington has served us very well over the years with our vehicle needs so they were the first and only dealer we dealt with. We obviously would have gone elsewhere if we didn't feel we were getting the best deal possible and as expected they had what we needed on the lot and their price was very fair. Both Ron and Travis really did us right in catching something that saved us considerable money. We had verbally told them to save the Jeep we had chosen and we'd be in the next day to do the paperwork. We did not have time then due to a previous commitment that afternoon. When we returned home we had a message from Ron saying it was important for us to call them. They had checked the incentives on the one we had chosen and it was ending at midnight. We appreciated this heads up given to us by both Ron and Travis. There would have been incentives after that date but not what we received by getting the paperwork completed on that day. We had the rustproofing along with the rest of the better package done and the vehicle was in perfect condition when we took delivery. Ron gave my wife a full instructional round on the vehicle and made it very clear to her, just as he has me in the past with my F150, that if she ever had any questions to give him a call or stop in and he'd walk her through whatever she was having an issue with. All in all, this was as smooth of sale as possible. More
