The service here has been absolutely atrocious and nothing but a nightmare filled with xxxxxxxx!!! I’m livid!!! I brought my car in to get recall work done to replace airbags on November 8, yesterday, nothing but a nightmare filled with xxxxxxxx!!! I’m livid!!! I brought my car in to get recall work done to replace airbags on November 8, yesterday, which was the 12th of this month I picked up my car, got in and they left it like absolute xxxx, complete xxxx, my driver seat was xxxx near laid down, display screen settings were messed with, time settings were changed do military, the plastic trim cover for my seatbelt adjuster is missing, and there’s a rip in the headliner. Why was your mechanic touching xxxx that NEVER needed to be touched, how??? Why????? The fact that I brought my car in to get one job fixed and I have to come back inconveniently to get multiple xxxx replaced in my car is absolutely xxxxxxxx, I don’t have much time for xxxx like this!!! You guys need to check up on your mechanics and how they work. I asked for pictures of my torn headliner you guys took, never heard a word back, never got pictures, you guys have my email on file too. I’m coming back on the 17th to get my headliner fixed, and my plastic trim cover replaced, after that I’m NEVER coming back to you guys to buy another car or get any service done whatsoever!! Yeah, I bought my 2019 Chrysler 300 from you guys back in October of 2022. More
