My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car. More

I would give Miller Hyundai in Vestal, NY, zero stars if this were an option, but unfortunately, it is not. I have always been a customer of Miller, buying a new Hyundai from them, and having my second serv this were an option, but unfortunately, it is not. I have always been a customer of Miller, buying a new Hyundai from them, and having my second serviced there and all of the warranty recalls. I spoke with Roger in the service department regarding the excessive oil consumption on my Hyundai, and he quoted me "$44+ tax for the Oil Consumption Test". I wrote all this down while I spoke with him on the phone. I followed up by asking him if there were additional fees, to which he said "no." When I found out Hyundai Corporate wouldn't cover the test, another service advisor called and said the test would be nearly $180! I told him what I was told, and he became argumentative and rude. I then spoke with the Service Director, Ralph Tanzani, who insulted me by saying, "Roger or I was probably confused." Ralph decided to put profit over promise and failed to honor the original price stated. Ralph offered a minor concession, but nowhere near the price I was quoted. To add further insult, Ralph retorts, " I can't coach you on what to do with your vehicle." It's ironic as he's a service advisor. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone not to use Miller Hyundai as they put profit over-promise and are highly disrespectful to customers. It's worth the trip to Ithaca or even shop with other car manufacturer brands. More
This post is to bring attention to my experience with Miller Auto Team. Especially my interaction and experience with Anthony Tanzini in Sales and Business Manager, David Bolton. I live in NJ over 220 mi Miller Auto Team. Especially my interaction and experience with Anthony Tanzini in Sales and Business Manager, David Bolton. I live in NJ over 220 miles away from the dealership. Every dealership within 100 miles from my home is taking advantage of the current need for vehicles by adding fees for paint, upholstery, car washes in addition to incredible market adjustments. These market adjustments range anywhere from $3,000-$12,000 for a Hyundai Tucson. I decided to expand my search and was willing to travel to get my vehicle. I came into contact with Anthony as one of the options from my search. From the start of the conversation Anthony was up front on our call that I decided to explore this purchase. Not only was he up front about their process, but also about the expected delivery of the vehicle. Furthermore, Anthony did everything to make the process easy. With this experience, I cancelled a vehicle I had on order with a market adjustment from another dealership. Had I proceeded to purchase this vehicle with the other dealership, I would have paid $3,000 + $1,800 in added fees for products I did not want or need. When I cancelled the vehicle, the dealership said to me they would honor the same deal. I was so taken aback; I cancelled anyway and went with Miller after I told him he should have done this from the start. In addition, the local dealerships did not treat people with any respect and did not care if you purchased a vehicle or not. My experience with the Miller Auto Team of Anthony Tanzini & David Bolton was nothing short of flawless. Anthony handled everything with David and when I arrived at the dealership, I was satisfied and excited about the process being so smooth. All finance and forms were ready and my vehicle was waiting for me ready to go. I never once felt pushed to add anything or forced to purchase anything I did not want or need. Knowing I had already owned a Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid, Anthony went over the vehicle with me. He told me, he wanted to be sure I was comfortable and showed me the technology in my brand new vehicle. Plus he also set up my vehicle on my bluelink account. It took me 4 hours to get home that night. Anthony followed up with me that evening and the following day. I highly recommend Miller Auto Team to anyone looking for a new or used Hyundai or Honda. They worked hard and they earned my business. I went ahead and referred Anthony to other buyers looking to get a vehicle and cannot locate one nearby. All in, I saved unnecessary add-ons and market adjustment. David went over my options on finance and we both came to the same conclusion to take advantage of the Hyundai promotion and they gladly added my military discount for a total of $1,000 off MSRP. Anyone looking for a vehicle let them know you saw this review. This was very fair deal and they were transparent from the start. It is very easy to complain and point out the negative experiences. I am giving credit because they earned it and I hope this helps someone in making the decision to contact Miller and Ask for Anthony Tanzini at 607-352-1526. More
