Positively recommend for your next car. I've heard and read various reviews about Miller Auto and I would have to say my experience so far has been good. I was having issues with my old car (it was pretty much a lemon) and I told them there was only so much I could afford. They worked with me to find a newer, reliable car with monthly payments in the range I had set for them. I also appreciated the candor of the salesmen when it came to the price of my new car and what I would have to pay monthly. The process was done in a timely manner and I was so glad that they willingly took my old car as a trade in. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, and stayed after hours to ensure I had a car to get home with. All in all, I've had a better experience with Miller Auto than other car dealerships and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next car. More
We moved our car service from Montpelier dealer, where we had bad experiences, on numerous occasions, to Miller's because we heard great things about them, which we found were true. We have been coming to Miller's for the last 2 years, never had a problem. Scheduling is easy, courteous, so is rescheduling, and the workmanship outstanding, our concerns are taken seriously and attended to. My car had a squeaking noise almost since the day we bought it. The staff at Miller's worked tirelessly to address the problem. The building is large, there is a very nice waiting area, bathrooms are clean, we look forward to our car service. We can wait in pleasant surroundings or chat with the sales staff who is always ready to show their new as well as the almost legendary old car collection. The old cars are displayed in the show room and change often so there is always something interesting to look at. If we choose to go to town for lunch or shopping, we are always pleasantly accommodated. I can not say enough about the ease and high quality of services at the Miller Auto Group. We just bought at their Volkswagen showroom. We enjoyed the experience. More
They made me an insultingly low trade-in offer. When I say insultingly low, I mean less than half KBB trade-in (not private sale!) poor condition for a car in good to excellent condition. The appraiser's justification for the ridiculous offer was that they'd have to wholesale it. So? That's what "trade-in" is supposed to mean -- either the dealer reconditions it and sells it on the lot, or they wholesale it. I get that KBB/Edmunds/etc values aren't an exact science, but less than half? I just wanted to sell my car at the moment, but I enjoyed the Cruze I drove while they appraised my vahicle. After this experience, though, I won't be buying a Cruze (or anything) from Miller. Totally unserious, bunch of jokers and time-wasters. More

In recent years I have purchased from this dealership several new vehicles, the last three of them Cadillacs. Most recently, for the recommended three-month check-up on my new CTS-Coupe, I had several questions concerning functions, a problem with the driver-side door, and an interest in purchasing a feature (double sun visor) not included among chosen package options. Each matter was handled in a courteous, efficient manner; furthermore, a minor issue concerning changes to personally-designated settings was addressed promptly via a telephone call from the Service Manager, Mr. Roger Zwicker. Once again, therefore, I have nothing but high praise both for the commitment and expertise of all those who participated in the servicing of my vehicle. When it comes time for a new purchase, I fully expect my first stop will be to the Miller Auto Group/Chevrolet-Cadillac. More
