I had an issue under warranty that Miller Brothers never could resolve. I found a local mechanic that fixed the issue quickly at my cost. Also 4 times I left my truck there for warranty repairs I found a ne could resolve. I found a local mechanic that fixed the issue quickly at my cost. Also 4 times I left my truck there for warranty repairs I found a new dent! I have told them how disappointed I was with the dishonest deal I got and the horrible after sale service and to please take me off there xx marketing lists! All was forgotten until I got another text today for me to bring in my truck for service, it opened up an old wound! Miller Brothers you are the worst! Leave me alone! More
I have been going to Miller Chevrolet for about 10 years or more. Have always found their service excellent. I usually deal with Bobby . But when he’s not in everyone has always been great. My car was vandalized took it them they kept a month insurance payed them 2400 dollars 3 days later took it back because check engine light come on and stable link he called me said they needed to pull insurance payed them 2400 dollars 3 days later took it back because check engine light come on and stable link he called me said they needed to pull my exhaust down that it had blown a fuel fuse and they needed to check for a bare wire 2017 SS Camaro with 30 thousand miles I said let's not do that he wanted 1100 dollars to look for bare wire so I authorize the to fix stable link problem which was 700 dollars he called me yesterday and said check engine light will be on because there getting a fuel pressure sensor code that's located on fuel rail under hood he never offed to replace it they were trying to get me to let them pull exhaust just so he could charge me 1100 dollars i will never take or recommend anyone to go there a complete rip off this is after they had my car a month unbelievable More
I needed to get a key made for my chevrolet. I arrived and they gave me the ridiculous price for it, I already knew they charged high prices for these keys and was prepared for that. I was willing and ready to pay, then they asked me for my registration. I'd already give them my VIN number but they wanted my registration and license. The issue is that I drive a company vehicle for work. I start work before parts department opens, I leave work after their parts department closes. That's not the real problem. The real problem is that I was told the reason that they needed the registration was because they were having problems with their key machine and that they needed my registration and driver's license. Please do not insult my intelligence. Obviously you're concerned about theft but you're lying to me and trying to tell me that it's something wrong with your key machine. At least be honest with me if you're going to inconvenience me. I will never return. More

I took my Cadillac CTS to get serviced 2 weeks ago. It was constantly not detecting the remote and would not start. The issue was getting worst. Miller Brothers kept it for 2 weeks. At first they told It was constantly not detecting the remote and would not start. The issue was getting worst. Miller Brothers kept it for 2 weeks. At first they told me that it was a remote issue. I took my second remote to them because it was doing the same thing. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I called them and they told me that they could not find a problem and it worked fine. I picked the vehicle up and took it home. The very next morning they vehicle would not start and the display is indicating that it is not detecting the remote. I am irate and this is very very poor service. More
