BUYER BEWARE! 1st I needed a lightbulb for my head light. It took 3 hours for them to tell me it would be 76.00 to put in a bulb! Are you kidding. They justified it 1st I needed a lightbulb for my head light. It took 3 hours for them to tell me it would be 76.00 to put in a bulb! Are you kidding. They justified it by saying there is a base fee for any service done. So I went to AutoZone instead, bought the same bulb for 10.99 and the AutoZone guy put it in for me free, and it took 2 minutes. Later that week my 'needs maintenance' light went on. Since I have an extended warranty, I it took back to millennium.They wanted 150.00 to check the problem to see if it's under warrenty. They will deduct it from the bill if you let them do the work, but after the lightbulb scam, I wasnt trusting them. Turned out to be the tire sensor gauge. But the valve cap was frozen on. They wanted 157.00 to replace the valve on the tire! ARE THEY SERIOUS! I could buy a whole new tire for that much. I could also go to any used tire place and have it done for 15.00! Luckily they didn't charge me just to tell me that or I would have taken them to court. This is outright blatant scaming the customer. We will never buy from millenim Toyota ever again. If I ever have to have work done there, you can bet I will do comparison pricing on every single thing before having anything done by them. So much for the warranty that charges you 150.00 just to check if your covered. Its better to take the 150.00 loss and go someplace else, and I would still come out ahead. So BUYER BEWARE!! They are thieves and scammers More

The sell representative was very helpful, not just want to sell you a car, she want to make sure I got the right car with the right prices. And also she followed through the entire selling process and even help with the service scheduling to make sure we were taken care of. when we had some issue with the car, she personally helped us to make an appointment with their service team. I was brought into an available room by the greeter to have my service written up by a service manager. The female in the room told the greeter she was busy -- she was on the phone -- and the other service manager in the room, John Arichabala, after asking for my phone number told me since a previous service manager had suggested I needed brakes the last time I was there, he brought me into his office. I was left in the room alone -- he called for Tim Gray who had helped me last time to come and after waiting for 15 mins. and seeing people who came after me being helped, I went back to Arichabala's office, who was still not helping anyone, and said, "why did you pawn me off to someone else?" We got into a heated exchange and threatened me with having to wait longer for my service until Tim Gray came back and helped me. I was later apologized to by a service manager. I have never in all the years I went to a dealer for servicing believed that you are given over to the same assistant service manager. As a matter of fact, they come and go so fast you never see the same people again. I felt as if Mr. Arichabala did not want to work that day. I did have a positive experience with Mr. Gray who apologized profusely for the actions of his fellow service manager. And another service manager sought me out while I was waiting to apologize to me. Millennium Toyota's service department was not very good when I first went there, but they did revamp their department and I felt as if I was getting good service. But not this time! It shows you how one bad apple can ruin your day! More

Yokely Penas was very friendly & assisted in getting the 15,000 mile check up completed for me. I would definitely recommend the Service Center. It was a great experience and I will use them for all future service on my Rav4. More
