I explained the problem to Lonny Ruscica, he said no problem we'll check it out. He was very professional, explained everything and gave me a choice of what I wanted to do. Great Service!! More
Run away as fast as you can...bait and switch at its best I recently received an offer to trade in my RAV 4. I was promised a "great deal". With this in mind, I went to the dealership. I was told that my outstanding loan balance would be paid off with the trade in. I decided to buy a new Highlander. So did my husband. We met the only bright spot in this nightmare. Emil is knowledgeable about the cars and all they have to offer. That would be two new cars leaving the showroom. What a huge mistake we made. The dealership wasn't willing to make a "deal", they made us beg for anything extra. Then off to the insurance department. I already had my own, but you had to stop there anyhow. Total waste of time. Then off to slick Sam. I put $2500 down on both cars. What I didn't know (shame on me) was that they took part of my deposit to pay off my RAV 4 loan. Yes, the same loan that I had been told was going to be paid off with my trade in. After two hours we asked, how much longer...to be told, you are next. This went on for eight hours. Why didn't we leave? We didn't want to come back for another day long visit. This was particularly annoying when we heard from several employees that it wasn't really busy. Next, we asked for some add ons (body side molding and remote starts) for which we were given vouchers to have done at a later date. This turned into a pain in the neck as well. We were told we would be contacted by the service department. We waited a few days and had to call the dealership. Once we got an appointment we asked about a loaner car. Nope, none available. We had to wait several more days. When we called the manager to complain we were told he would make things right and get back to us. I guess once the paperwork is signed, they lose your number. When we did get a chance to speak to him he asked how he could make things right. We made suggestions and never heard another word. This was so disappointing. This was not my first car from Millennium and the last one was such a good experience. More

Bent window molding. I ordered a window molding online from Millennium Toyota. It arrived bent, so it won't keep water out of the door. What is not to like??? I bought 2 cars from this dealership. Each time, it was a pleasant experience. When my car is due for servicing, I am alerted by email. I see a friendly employee who determines what servicing my car requires. The waiting area is clean, with comfortable chairs, tables to work on and TV's to watch. When the car is finished, I am called. I sign the paperwork. I leave in my seviced car which has been washed and because I have not had my car for 2 years yet, the servicing was free. SO! I say again, What is not to like? More

I took the courtesy van to the hair salon and by the time I was almost done Tim called me and told me that my car was ready. Tim made sure he explained my 21 point inspection in detail . took time with me to make sure I understood it. I felt like family. I think he is a great service advisor and should be commended. I moved to North Babylon and still come to your location because of how Tim Gray treats his clients. As long as he is still there I will keep coming back with confidence that my vehicle will be in good hands. More

Though the process was very new to me, and without a co signer, Bj (sales rep) and Omar Elhaggar ( Financial Services Manager ) worked with me with what I had and helped me get a new car. Unfortunately I had two tire issues within the first month of having my car. I called Toyota and brought my car in to be serviced with ease. I had the pleasure of working with Yokely Pena of the service team who was very professional and very helpful throughout the process. Excellent customer service. She answered all my questions and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. If you go to get your car to be serviced I would highly recommend talking with her. honestly from all three employees, customer services was top priority and they were very professional. Definitely recommend if you go there speak with any of these people depending on your needs. You will be well taken care of. More

BUYER BEWARE! 1st I needed a lightbulb for my head light. It took 3 hours for them to tell me it would be 76.00 to put in a bulb! Are you kidding. They justified it 1st I needed a lightbulb for my head light. It took 3 hours for them to tell me it would be 76.00 to put in a bulb! Are you kidding. They justified it by saying there is a base fee for any service done. So I went to AutoZone instead, bought the same bulb for 10.99 and the AutoZone guy put it in for me free, and it took 2 minutes. Later that week my 'needs maintenance' light went on. Since I have an extended warranty, I it took back to millennium.They wanted 150.00 to check the problem to see if it's under warrenty. They will deduct it from the bill if you let them do the work, but after the lightbulb scam, I wasnt trusting them. Turned out to be the tire sensor gauge. But the valve cap was frozen on. They wanted 157.00 to replace the valve on the tire! ARE THEY SERIOUS! I could buy a whole new tire for that much. I could also go to any used tire place and have it done for 15.00! Luckily they didn't charge me just to tell me that or I would have taken them to court. This is outright blatant scaming the customer. We will never buy from millenim Toyota ever again. If I ever have to have work done there, you can bet I will do comparison pricing on every single thing before having anything done by them. So much for the warranty that charges you 150.00 just to check if your covered. Its better to take the 150.00 loss and go someplace else, and I would still come out ahead. So BUYER BEWARE!! They are thieves and scammers More
