After a few failed attempts to fix, Nick the Service Manager decided to replace the "brain" of the remote inside the car. That was the solution! Thank you Nick! More

I was greeted by a nice fellow and was asked if there was a service advisor I wanted to see. I picked the name on the name plate outside the office closest to where I happened to be standing. It was Joann Marsala. Random pick and a good one at that. She listened to my wants and needs, welcomed me to the service center and got the job done with no isues at the price discussed. Joann and the service offered what I was looking for, genuine honest and real. Thanks More

Happen to be spending holidays in Nassau County as have home ownership there as well and wished to service my vehicle prior to driving the return trip to Florida. Made appointment and upon arrival was advised that wait time was 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Moreover, was also advised my ( extended and bona fide) warranty information was " inaccessible" and so would not apply. Had been on the phone with an agent 2 days prior and had no difficulty locating said information with the VIN #. Have NO clue what the folks in Hempstead are thinking but will pursue the issue with the regional manager. Am a long term Toyota owner, hence my dismay at such an unprofessional and discourteous demeanor. More

Asked if I was going to wait, I told I bought my Rav4 in for two recalls,service & state inspection. John informed me it would take about three hours. Asked if I was going to wait, I told him yes I was. Three hours and ten minutes later car was ready and washed to boot. With service like that how could you go wrong. It`s nice to find a car dealership that cares about it`s customer. More

As with my prior visit, Margie Bonel Flore was on hand when I arrived to provide top-notch assistance. I had hardly arrived at home when I received a call from Margie advising that the RAV was ready for pick-up. When I returned for the vehicle, Margie was occupied with a customer on her phone line and she requested of her colleague Yokely Pena (whom I had met briefly during my prior visit and who remembered me) to assist with returning the fully serviced vehicle to me. Which she did immediately. It is a very good feeling to have received such first-class service from both Margie and Yokley. Their caring and professional demeanors reflect very well on Millennium Toyota's Service Department. More
