Excellent This past Saturday (April 22) my son and I brought my daughter's 2016 Camry to the service department at Millennium Toyota for the vehicle's scheduled This past Saturday (April 22) my son and I brought my daughter's 2016 Camry to the service department at Millennium Toyota for the vehicle's scheduled maintenance. The vehicle was ready for pick-up in less than one full hour. Customer service rep Yokely Pena was once again on hand to handle everything for us in her typical commendably courteous and professional manner. The prior Saturday (April 15) we brought in my daughter-in-law's 2015 RAV4 for servicing and had the same great experience with Yokely and Millennium's service department. Next up, we have an appointment schedule for this forthcoming Saturday (April 29) for the maintenance servicing of my wife's 2016 RAV 4. Millennium's service department is the best, and the same applies to Yokely. Let it be know that neither has ever disappointed us. More

Since we always service our car at Toyota, it was good that they are keeping us up tp date so that, down the road, if we ever sell this car we can say that it has been maintained to alol factory standards and that r=the services were all dine correctly and up to factory specs. The car is in excellent shape and I give credit to Millennium Service. Although I have dealt with many excellent people at your location through the six years this February I took my RAV4 in for service and from the time I called in for an appointment to the time of completion I dealt with Assistant Service Manager Chantel Andrews. From setting up an arrival time to interfacing with me as a customer, she was excellent in explaining, listening and assuring I understood everything. Nick, before I retired part of my job as Field manager was providing customer relations training to the field engineers. From my experience with Chantel I would say she could run the courses. She is a natural. Also as usual the service performed by your technicians was outstanding. .
