serive went ok but! I still haven't found out why my car won't start after listenening to the radio and turning it on several times. When I go to start the car by putting my foot on the break the dash board lights up, the light on the start button flashes green but the car doesn't start. everything else is ok. This is the second time that the car went in for this problem and I had no resolution. More

when you have to go to the dealer what are you in for? Terrible Service Department I recently had a 95 k miles major service done on my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser at Millennium. My youngest son brought the vehicle in for the service. P I recently had a 95 k miles major service done on my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser at Millennium. My youngest son brought the vehicle in for the service. Plain and simply, the staff at Millennium took advantage of his youth and inexperience. The cost of the service was approximately 50% higher than it should have been - I verified that by checking with other Toyota dealer service departments. When I called the service counselor to inquire, he attempted to exaggerate the actual work that had been done. I requested to speak with the manager and my call was NEVER returned. I have notified Toyota USA of my dissatisfaction. I would strongly suggest that you avoid this dealership. More
Far from excellent customer service After making a appointment for my 2017 Camry to be inspected & while it was there it was suggested that the 10,000 check up be done, I was totally agg After making a appointment for my 2017 Camry to be inspected & while it was there it was suggested that the 10,000 check up be done, I was totally aggravated at how poorly things were handled. After getting there even earlier than appointment (10 a.m.), I wound up waiting for the car for 2 1/2 hours. Really? The service attendant (Kelly) goes off to lunch & doesn't tell me anything. After getting up & questioning what is taking so long, I finally got a dependable attendant (Armand) who was nice enough to follow through with what Kelly didn't do. I also addressed the issue to the service manager who did get on it right away. Obviously, they overbook appointments, then can't meet the requirements & the customer is the one who gets put out. I should have gone with my "gut feeling" on whether to bring the car there for servicing because from day one, this dealership has not shown any good signs of excellence, dependability or accountability. Rest assured that this is the final time I bring my car there, nor will I ever purchase/lease from them. The entire place (other than a small amount) is totally inept. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. This is not the first time I've voiced my opinion on the place but obviously it goes on "deaf"s ear". More

I worked with Martin Lee the service advisor and he has gone above and beyond with all my services for my toyota's. He even delivered a new ignition key once when my key was stripped and cannot turn the car on. I had another incident where an indy shop replaced a sensor and no one can figure out why my error code repeated to show but they figured it out in no time which saved me money and time! He is knowledgeable and will go out of his way to ensure you have the best service experience. I can say there service is next to none! I cannot even get a BMW service advisor to treat me this good.
